Mental Health Therapy

At the heart of Inner Peace Counseling is Individual Therapy. We provide a safe and therapeutic space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns, learn coping skills and receive treatment for mental health disorders. Our experienced therapists offer 50-minute sessions, in person or by telehealth, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Marital/Couples or Family Therapy

At our Mental Health Counseling center, we offer Marriage/Couples and Family Therapy that is geared towards strengthening your bonds. Our therapists use their experience and expertise to work with you and your loved ones in a collaborative effort to mend and strengthen relationships, improve communication, and foster better connections. Group Therapy & Educational Groups

Join our Group Therapy sessions where you can find comfort in sharing your experiences with others and learning from their journeys. Our supportive environment fosters growth and encourages you to take control of your mental health. We provide a compassionate and insightful approach to help you develop new coping mechanisms and uncover your inner strengths that will assist you throughout all aspects of life. Payment is required at time of service. A card is required to be put on file for payments to be charged to at the start of the session, unless other arrangements have been approved.

  • $150 - For Initial Appointment

  • $115 - For Each Additional Session

  • $50/session when working with a Masters Level Clinical Intern. (A free 30 minute initial consultation is available when working with a Masters Level Intern by request.)

*A superbill for out of network claims can be provided to the client directly. Client is responsible for submitting all out-of-network claims.
