Mental Health Therapy

Working with a mental health professional, treatment will be received to find relief, greater joy, and meet the individual goals you have.

 

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled as frequently as needed.​ Video-conferencing (Tele-health) appointments available, if deemed appropriate.

Group Therapy & Educational Groups

Therapeutic and educational groups are beginning througout the year.  Many groups are DBT skills based groups. To see upcoming groups visit our group therapy page. Call, text or email to enroll.

Life Skills Development

When young adults transition into independent living they sometimes lack the skill set for a the balanced life they desire. Our Life Skills Development focuses on helping young adults learn skills needed for achieving the success they need, such as learning budgeting, grocery shopping, cleaning, setting and following a routine, forming healthy relationships, and more.

Payment is required at time of service. A card is asked to be put on file for payments to be charged to at the end of the session, unless other arrangements have been approved.

Call to verify insurance.

*A superbill for out of network claims can be provided to the client directly. Client is responsible for submitting all out-of-network claims.

Clients are responsible for knowing their insurance benefits/policy.
