Child Therapy

At Inner Peace Counseling, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where children ages 4-12 can explore their emotions and develop the skills they need to thrive. We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including play therapy, sand tray, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and family therapy. Our experienced therapists will work with your child to identify and address their unique needs.

Teen Therapy

Navigating adolescence can be a challenging time, but our Teen Counseling services are here to help. Our licensed counselors utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR for trauma, accelerated recovery therapy, coping skills, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and family therapy to address a variety of mental health concerns. We create a supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing their thoughts and emotions and work towards a brighter future.

Adults Therapy & Couples Therapy

Our Adult and Couples Counseling services provide a safe and comfortable space for you to discuss your concerns and receive support from a licensed professional. We utilize a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to help you achieve your mental health goals. Our team also specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Positive Psychology, Coping Skill Development, and more.

Focused on developing skills to increase emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Team

Play Therapy

Type of therapy in which play is used as a means of helping children express or communicate their feelings, as well as learn new coping skills.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ARt)

ART is unique modality to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing.

Exposure Response Prevention

OCD and Anxiety is treated best by Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to retrain the brain in responding to distress..
